Chameleon's Journey Mini-camp

Children and teens ages 7-17 who have experienced the loss of a loved one are invited to attend a half-day mini-camp from 8:30 am -1:00 pm at the Hemby Program Center of the YMCA, located at 9760 Happy Valley Drive in Charlotte. The theme 'Grief Around the World' will be a preview of our 2023 overnight grief camp which will be held October 14-15, 2023 at Camp Thunderbird in Lake Wylie, SC. Join us for drumming, learning about the grief experiences of kids/teens in other countries, field games, and other fun activities - including the bunnies from our 2022 mini-camp.
